- 4 slices of pineapple
- 1 mango
- 1 banana
- 5 strawberries
- 1 apple
- 100 ml. soy milk
- 25 gr. brown sugar
- Ice
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
1. Wash the fruit well. Remove the little bit from the strawberries, peel the rest of the fruits. Chop them well or cut them into slices.
2. Put the fruit in the blender glass with the milk and sugar. Blend until it has the desired texture, if it is too long, you can add more milk.
3. Serve very cold, accompanied by some ice and decorated with mint or mint leaves.
