  • 150 gr. short pasta
  • 100 gr. canned tuna
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 carrot
  • 5 green olives
  • 5 black olives
  • 50 gr. sweet corn
  • Oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt

1. Pour plenty of water into a pot with a little salt, and put it to heat. Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the ingredients.

2. Wash and cut the vegetables. Peel the carrot and cut it into slices, and the tomato in large pieces or in cubes. Also chop the olives.

3. Add the sweet corn and tuna. Mix everything, dress with oil, salt and vinegar to taste and reserve.

4. When the water comes to a boil, add the pasta and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions (about 10 minutes). Drain the pasta, mix with the rest of the ingredients, stir well and serve.
