The Swedish Food Agency recommend that children eat rice no more than four days a week. This includes all products derived from or containing rice, such as rice milk or rice noodles.
To remove some of the arsenic in rice, it is not enough to rinse it before cooking. You have to boil it and after boiling, rinse it with water.
