Crepes, that delicious dessert originating in French cuisine, are very easy to make and are a very attractive recipe for a special snack with children. In GuiaInfantil.com We have been thinking about how you can make a different recipe for crepes for your children, and we came up with the following: why not add chocolate to it?
And since we have thrown the house out the window, we are also going to add Mascarpone cheese, a type of Italian fresh cheese that has a high caloric intake, so we recommend a lighter dinner after this snack.
- 150 gr. wheat flour
- 250 ml. milk
- 3 eggs
- Butter to spread the pan
- a pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar
- 150 gr of Mascarpone cheese
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1- Beat the flour, milk, eggs, salt, sugar and cocoa in a bowl until the dough is liquid and homogeneous. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
2- Spread the pan with butter or margarine and bring it to the fire. And when it starts to melt, add a saucepan of the dough and spread it over the entire surface of the pan.
3- When the crepe is browned on one side and the other, remove it from the pan and let it cool.
4- Spread Mascarpone cheese on the surface of the crepe, roll it up and cut it into small pieces.
5- You can serve it with strawberry jam or another that you like.
